Concrete Removal, Repair, and Replacement

Crack Chasing
As an alternative to a full concrete replacement, we offer crack chasing to seal the cracks in your concrete and stop them from getting worse. Crack chasing is a procedure that uses a grinder saw to widen the crack so we can clear any debris and seal it with epoxy or other waterproofing material.
Joint Sealing
Sealed joints in concrete prevent water from pooling and settling in the joints, along with keeping out dirt, oil, and other debris.
We use a soft joint sealing that supports the expansion and contraction of the concrete while providing superior support to the edges of the joint so that it can withstand heavy traffic. We also take into account the timing of when we fill the joints, as the concrete needs as much time to shrink as possible.
